General:

Rashad is a proud native of Columbia, Mississippi with an entrepreneurial and engineering background. He holds an Associates of Arts Degree from Jones County Junior College and Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Mississippi State University. Rashad is the owner of multiple real estate related businesses whose focus includes real estate investing and the leasing of short-term rentals. In addition to Rashad’s entrepreneurial endeavors, he works as an Engineer for the Entergy Corporation that is responsible for the development of asset management strategies and the execution of regulatory compliance objectives. He is a former member of the United States Air Force Reserve where he served as an Engineering Assistant with duties that included drafting and construction management.
